Installation and acceptance

Concrete pouring

The concrete pouring uses a fabric machine for construction above 8 floors.

Construction Notes

1) Forbidden to place templates facing down; prohibit flat templates from starting to stack; forbid the template as a slope, bridge board or pedal board;


2) After assembling the whole -face template, tighten the sales;

3) It is forbidden to hammer when installing the wedge;

4) Forbidden use of components that are not used properly without proper cleaning and oil painting;


5) Ensure that the installed suspension scaffolding is in the best state without damage;

6) Ensure that all decks and foot panels and handrails on the platform are installed;


7) The opening that is left on the floor for the template must be covered when the concrete is completed;

8) Any worker who works on the platform must be fastened and fixed on the reserved nails;

9) When pouring the positioning wooden bar from the floor after pouring, it should be ensured that no nails are exposed;

According to the progress requirements of this project, and in accordance with the DB11/694-2009 template early demolition technical regulations and the quality acceptance specifications of concrete construction, the templates are demolished in the order as shown below:

1) Demolition beam side mold, wall mold and column mold (non -load);

2) Demolition of the bottom mold (not disassembling);

The first template on the row to be removed is difficult to remove because it is connected to other adjacent templates. If it is properly cleaned and applied before pouring, it is easy to remove template. If the remaining templates have been cleaned and painted before use, it will be easy to remove adjacent templates by using the special lever for demolition.

7) When the template is transferred to another place, make a logo and stack it reasonably in the appropriate place to prevent the upper and random phenomenon from installing the upper wall mold, and improve the speed of installation. When removing the exterior wall, pay special attention to the installation of the working platform.


Demolition of beams and board templates

Liang board template demolition strictly in accordance with the requirements of DB11/694-2009 “Mentor Early Delocation Technical Regulations”, when the test pressure of the same condition test block is not less than 10MPa, the bottom mold is removed. Do not disassemble and support the vertical spacing of not more than 1.2m.
